Today’s NaNoWriMo pep talk is from Sabrina in Switzerland. Here’s what she wrote:
‘…if you’re inner editor is really struggling to be let out, write: this really sucks. Fix this later.’
I like that. Sometimes it’s good just to get on with something and then all you need is a little reminder to deal with it later.
Time and distance helps put most things in perspective, right?
And then you can get back to whatever it was that needs fixing when you actually have the time.
That’s why I always have my phone on silent. The power is all mine 😉
